Look for synergy whenever possible. Have a clear idea on what you would like to personally achieve. Always have clarity regarding your business goals. Your goals should line up with each other. You’ll always be able to have both of these things worked on simultaneously. If you don’t, the lack of passion will be evident.

As a leader, you can’t be effective unless you are aware of your strengths and weaknesses. Overconfidence in your abilities is sure to lead to a mistake. Make it a priority to work on your weaknesses.
